Legendary American singer, songwriter and actress , Beyonce has featured Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale on ‘The Lion King: The Gift’ Album.
One of the oldest legendary animated movies of all time ‘The Lion King’ which first premiered in 1994 comes your way again in a grande style, especially as we have one of the biggest female musicians in the world, Beyonce voicing in the animated movie as the character Nala.
Beyonce decided to ditch out a new album which she titles, The Lion King: The Gift on which she featured a lot of world class stars without leaving out top African artists such as Burna Boy,
Wizkid, Mr Eazi as well as Ghanaian Dancehall King Shatta Wale.
Beyonce featured Shatta Wale on a song titled “Already” and the album is set to be released on Friday, 19th July 2019 via Parkwood Entertainment/Columbia Records along with the live-action film, which features Beyoncé as Nala.
The LP features contributions from Kendrick Lamar, JAY-Z, Childish Gambino, 070 Shake, Tierra Whack, Pharrell.
