This past weekend witnessed some historic moments at the just ended MTN 4STYTE Music Video Awards held at the Kempinski Hotel on 16th November, 2019.
Whilst performing on stage at the night, 5 times VGMA Dancehall artiste of the year, Stonebwoy paused during his performance to make some utterances, he stated “it will take another fourty years to find artiste like himself, Sarkodie and Shatta Wale”.
He added whilst speaking to the audience that they are National asset, “if you like don’t protect, if you like protect” and threw a word of caution to the upcoming artiste who lacks respect to sit well.
The jab thrown by the “Ololo” hit maker on the night seem not to have gone so well with his former signee Kelvynboy hence has warranted a reply.
In a post sighted by sammykaymedia.com on the twitter handle of Kelvynboy, he cryptically wrote ….”Lol you dey call me underground out of pain 😆 You see underground Wey dey play shows every weekend before 🤔Fanfoolers zalaaa”
He followed it up with a different tweet which reads……”They always want to be good one in eyes of people. Painting others black forgetting they’re black people too. WeakSouls”.
The friction between this two artiste is glaring after their breakup but one thing stands out, manners cost nothing and a lack of boundaries invites a lack of respect.
