NDC petition Supreme Court to declare 2020 presidential results null and void

After weeks of countless street protests over alleged voter fraud and irregularities in the just-ended 2020 elections, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has filed a petition at the Supreme Court, today 30th December 2020 to challenge the results of the just ended December 7 2020 presidential polls.

NDC HEADS TO COURT ON WEDNESDAY, 30TH DECEMBER, 2020

In a photo sighted by sighted sammykaymedia.com, the National Communications Officer of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi was spotted in the company of others on their way to present the petition at the Apex court of Ghana.

The portion of their petition seeks among others, a declaration from the Supreme Court to the effect that the purported declaration of the results of the 2020 presidential election on the 9th day of December 2020 is unconstitutional, null and void and of no effect whatsoever.
