Budding Ghanaian musician, Bashir Annan popularly known as Gambo has added his voice to the dwindling Ghana Music Industry well noted for it’s poor systems and structures.
Speaking in an interview with Sammy Kay on the Go online show, Gambo stated that the Ghana music industry is dieing hence his reason for venturing into the music industry to prove a point.
He premised his statement on the fact that, Ghana can’t even boast of 5 record label effectively operating in the country and also pointed out that comparing our industry here in Ghana to the likes of Nigeria and South Africa can clearly give you an indication of where we are as a country.
The business minded young musician revealed that since he is in the music industry to change the narrative, he has set up his own record label well structured to change the system within the Ghanaian music industry.
