Venting their displeasure and anger about the mob attack that kiled a 40-year-old social activist, Ibrahim Mohammed, popularly known in the community as Kaaka, the youth of Ejura Sekyedumase clashed with the military and police on Tuesday morning after his burial.
Two people died, whilst five others sustained different degree of injuries during the protest by the youth who were willing to sacrifice their lives until they get justice for their deceased brothers.
Although the Police have restored calm in the community, social media has been set ablazed with many netizen expressing their disdain and anger at how the security officials fired live bullets at protestors that eventually killed two persons.
Actor and sympathizer of the NPP, Prince David Osei took to his instagram handle to also express his opinion on the development.
He stated in his post that security officials aiming and shooting at protestors is a no no, and further questioned what happened to the use of tear gas and rubber bullets in dispersing crowds in demonstration like what happened in Ejura.
