Ghanaian musician, Akwaboah Junior, on Tuesday, May 30 solemnly observed the one-week commemoration of his father, Akwaboah Snr after his demise.
Akwaboah Snr passed on to Glory on May 16, 2023, after a period of illness.
Industry players, love ones, family and friends joined and commiserated with Akwaboah. As well as his immediate family for the one- week memorial celebration in Accra.
The legendary musician one week observation was hashtag “#AkwaboahLives”. Several photos from the event was shared by Akwaboah Junior on his social media platforms.
Some of photographs captured Akwaboah Junior alongside two individuals, believed to be his family members. All dressed in mourning attire.
Kwadwo Akwaboah, popularly known as Akwaboah Senior is a Veteran highlife legend and record producer. Also he is father of highlife musician, Akwaboah Junior. Kwadwo Akwaboah is known for his song “Awerekyekyere” singer which caught the attention of many and got massive airplay in Ghana.
