A Ghanaian farmer, John Tege in the Assin North Constituency, has defeated a long python in his farm.
According to him, he realised his dog was barking strangely on their way to the farm. But when he looked back, he realised the dog has be strangled by the python with the intent of swallowing it.
The farmer narrated that he could not stand there helpless for his dog to be harm. Hence, struck the python with his tool and wrestled with the python until he killed it.
Upon sending it to home, he indicated that he will sell the python and make some profit out of it. Because, the python has some oil content in it, that can be used for medicinal purposes.
