American-Ghanaian musician, Susan Amoakohene, also known in showbiz circles as Ssue in collaboration with the scratch studio on Wednesday, 6th May, 2020 donated items to Ghanaian aged musicians at MUSIGA as a form of support in this era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Afro R&B and Afro-Pop artiste had her break through in France and has now finally landed home to give a new feel of variety to music here in Ghana.

During a conversation with Sammy Kay, the songstress entreated Ghanaians to recognise Ghanaian artiste out there who are making waves in the world.

Sounding very deep and confident, she said there is more room for improvement in the music industry here in Ghana, according to her people need to open up, work with new people and accept new artistry and not try conform to the old type of “fufu music” since there is a shift and a change in the world today.

The songstress said if you don’t have anything relevant to say, you create what you want to say hence the beef in the industry. That not withstanding, she said she does not involve herself in that and won’t also discourage beefs in the industry since it’s another way of promoting music.

She expressed her admiration for Stonebwoy and said she wouldn’t mind doing a song with him.
