Former President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour, has finally shaved off his dreadlocks.
As promised by the NPP politician, he has kept his promise to cut off his 20-year-old locks on his 40th birthday and indeed he has.
Obour was seen with this new haircut during the swearing-in of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo at the forecourt of Ghana’s at Parliament House on Thursday, January 7, 2021.
Just maybe, the former MUSIGHA president is lacing up his boots for a political appointment in the second term of President Akufo Addo’s presidency.
