Arguably Ghana’s most famous artiste and Dancehall king, Shatta Wale has hit hard at some pastors for demanding offering and tithes from members of their churches through mobile money.
In a chat with DJ Millzy on 4syte TV, the serial hit maker, said we are in a period where the world finds itself in very difficult situation therefore pastors should not continue to demand “collection” from members because the art of offering and giving to the church has been going on for years hence it is the right time for leaders of the Church to extend support to members at this time in the era of Covid-19.
He said pastors who are in the art of taking monies from members online are scammers and “hard Sakawa guys” therefore warrants the criticism given to them by individuals like Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.
