Rev. Owusu Bempah denied bail by an Accra High Court, remanded into Police custody

The Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah, has been remanded into Police custody by an Accra High Court together with four other persons after they appeared before court, today Monday September 13, 2021.

The Public Affairs directorate of the Ghana Police Service issued a press release stating reasons for the arrest of the man of God on Sunday after some Police Officers for stormed his church.

According to the Police, some men under the direction of Owusu Bempah assaulted Police officers who had gone to his church to effect an arrest for an act against the laws in Ghana.

A few days ago, a video went viral, where some young men could be seen brandishing wielded guns and threatening former fetish priestess, Nana Agradaa with guns and other weapons after Rev. Owusu Bempah together with his boys stormed Agradaa’s house to face her after she issued out a warning to him to face her, if be claims he is man.
