Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Salma Mumin has rendered an unqualified apology to telecommunications giants MTN-Ghana over allegations that her Mobile Money account has been debited without her consent.
As sighted by sammykaymedia.com, Salma in an instagram post dated October 22, 2020, wrote ….
“@mtnghana I believe it’s your workers! It must be looked into. My money must be found!!!! ???????? ?? this is becoming unbecoming. You assure us of our monies being safe with you but it’s all lies. You people must pay our monies to us.
If you have been frauded before by this means please tag your service provider here. This is our hard-earned money.”
In view of this, MTN-Ghana also replied Salma Mumin on October 23, 2020 by giving clarity to the allegation raised by the actress, MTN explained that no money has been taken out of her account as she claims.
The telecommunication network described her post as misleading and false and directed her to retract and apologize within 24 hours of their post hence she will face legal action.
Fast forward, within the time frame stipulated, the beautiful actress has done the needful by apologizing unservedly to the telecommunication giants.
