A young lady in Accra, Deborah Seyram Adablah has sued her man for breaching a contract agreement. She claims her sugar daddy breached an agreement to take care of her.
The suit dated Monday, January 23, 2023, was filed at the Accra High Court. Deborah Seyram Adablah, indicated in her suit that her ‘man’ agreed to buy her a car, pay for her accommodation for three years. She also indicated that she was also promised a monthly stipend of GH¢3,000 as well. As if that was not enough, her ‘sugar daddy’ promised to marry her after he had divorced his wife in addition with giving her a lump sum to start a business.

According to the young lady, although her “sugar daddy” bought the car, he registered it in his name. She revealed that the car has been taken back. She further added that she has been denied access to use the Honda Civic car. Also, she stated the man paid for only a year accommodation.
Seyram Adablah in her suit indicated that she was forced into the relationship. This was during her national service period. She accused the “sugar daddy” of abuse, sexual harassment, maltreatment and exploitation .

The plaintiff is seeking an order from the court directed at the “sugar daddy” to transfer the title of the car into her name. She is also asking for the court to order the defendant to pay her the lump sum promised. This will enable her start a business to take care of her self as agreed by the plaintiff and the defendant.
Seyram Adablah relief also includes the payment of the outstanding two years accommodation. As agreed between herself and the defendant.
She then went ahead to seek the court to order the defendant to pay her medical expenses. This is as a result of a side effect of a family planning treatment. The defendant told her to do in order not to get pregnant.
