The President of the republic, H.E Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo has directed the Communication Minister to suspend the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation DTT Directives.
In the press release signed by the Communication Director at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin, the President on Thursday, 23rd July, 2020 has directed Hon. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful to suspend the implementation of the directives given to the GBC in connection with the reduction of the state broadcaster’s channel on the Digital Terestrial Television (DTT) platform pending further consultation with stakeholders.
