U.S. based Ghanaian social media commentator, entertainment critic and musician, Archipalago has revelaed that cost of living in Ghana is expensive.
As usual of him, Archipalago came into the country for the festive season and just like other holiday makers, the loud Archipalago indeed has enjoyed his stay Ghana.
As Ghana’s inflation rate continues to rise around 54% as at December 2022. This has resulted in the highest cost of living in over two decades.
Prices of food, goods and other services keep rising daily, worsening living conditions for the ordinary Ghanaian.
Due to above, the entertainment ctitic /musician has had his say on economic condition in Ghana.
In an interview with Sammy Kay on the Go online show, he lamented about the hardship in Ghana.
According to Archipalago, there hasn’t been any change in Accra since his last visit.
He indicated that the city of Ghana now belongs to foreigners especially Nigerians and Chinese.
The “more” hitmaker revealed that he has spent over GhC 100,000 far after his return to Ghana for the holidays.
He also touched on some interesting and bluntly made some interesting views on some subjects during the interview.
