Former Black stars captain, Stephen Appiah has admonished the youth of today to work hard and forget social media.
Giving a brief speech after he was honoured together with Ghanaian boxing legend Azumah Nelson, at the launch of the Game changers issue of the Emy African Magazine, the former Juventus midfielder stated that youth of today think of money before work.
He explained that unlike their time when there was no social media, it was passion and hardwork but in this day and age, the youth are more concern about the likes and followers on social media making it a bit difficult when interacting with them.
He therefore urged the youth to be focus and extremely work hard in order for them to get to the height they dream about and also eventually gain the recognition and honours he has received now through his hard work.
