Fans were thrilled at the Hero Concert held yesterday at +233 Grill and Bar in Accra as Kuami Eugene and Sarkodie performed together for the first time the Happy Day song.
The song which has created a lot of controversy and buzz since its release has been tagged as an endorsement song for Nana Addo and the NPP in their bid to be retain for another term in office.

A part of the lyrics had Sarkodie praising the ruling NPP Government and President Nana Addo ruling for solving the ‘dumsor’ crisis and implementing the Free SHS policy which has been of great help to citizens in the country, hence the need for another term of office for Nana.
The bashing and political connotation associated to the song had Kuami Eugene coming out to clear the air that he was unaware of Sark’s rap line in the song that endorsed Nana Addo.
Well, all these brouhaha attached to the song might have been a well orchestrated move to see the song trending and fast forward, a few days after it’s release the song is making waves and finally the two performed the song effortless at the Hero’s concert.
